Greendawn Build is an established residential building company with a reputation for producing high quality work. Based in West London, our projects include full refurbishments, basements, lofts and kitchen extensions, interior and exterior decorating and bathroom remodelling.

The Greendawn Build team is made up of carefully selected professional trades people who believe that quality comes first and constantly strive to impress.

All of our trades people are fully insured, qualified and licensed in their field and registered with relevant governing authorities which gives our clients peace of mind that they have chosen the right builder for their project.

Heath Gillett

Managing Director

Our Managing Director, Heath Gillett, has a background in structural and architectural steel work, carpentry, building and project management and has 25 years experience in the building industry.

Heath was a registered builder in Melbourne and arrived in London in 2000 and worked on high end residential building projects in Wandsworth, Fulham, Chelsea, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, St John’s Wood, Richmond, Barnes, East Sheen, Kensington and South Kensington before forming Greendawn Build Ltd.
